Of course you’re going to have some questions, so we’ve answered some of the most common ones here, but if you want to ask anything else, please give us a ring.
There will be a party in our venue before you and those party guests leave the room 15 minutes prior to your party starting. You can therefore arrive upto 15 minutes before your party start time. We usually ask that you give us a few minutes to tidy up before your little person walks through the door. Don’t worry though – this is plenty of time as there is nothing for you to do, we have it all it hand!
Our party food is usually from Sainsbury’s (sometimes varies if they are out of stock or we need additional items at short notice). We order Sainsbury’s own make (not budget range) or branded products. Our tea is Tetley and Coffee varies but is a leading brand not budget or supermarket own.
Yes, however, we do need to know in advance and prefer to have a chat through this to understand the needs.
We are very flexible – if children prefer to bring their own food in these instances we will of course not charge for that child’s food. Where items can be switched we will i.e. Bourbon biscuits instead of cookies for dairy free party goers, however, we will charge for specialist items such as dairy free spread or gluten free bread. Please note that we charge for the item at cost, we do not make a profit on these items.
This package includes Tea, Coffee, Sugar, fresh milk and biscuits for your adult guests (approx. 15 adults), Real cups, 2x Plastic jugs with squash and water for the children, Plastic cups for the children.
There is no access to the kitchen so please ensure your food is ready to serve. There is a sink with drinking water available in the food hall.
Please remember it is your responsibility to clear up and take away your rubbish.

You can set up the food hall 30 minutes prior to the children going in there to eat (or earlier if we are all cleaned up ready for you!).
Yes, you may organise your own takeaway food. Please note, however, that party times cannot be extended if your food is late arriving. It is your responsibility to clear up and remove take your rubbish with you.

You are very welcome to bring a foil helium balloon to the party room, however, we do not allow standard balloons in the party room. In fact, we don’t allow decorations in the party room at all but don’t worry there is so much fun in there the children won’t notice at all!
Should you wish to have balloons and/or decorations to the food hall that is absolutely fine. Decorations can only be secured with bluetac and must be cleared away by you at the end of the party leaving no trace / damage to surfaces.
It is not possible to have any party games in the party room but don’t worry there is so much fun in there you really don’t need them!
There is very little time for party games in the food hall, however, if you wish to have a particular game please discuss with your party to host PRIOR to the party and we will do our best to accommodate. Please do not be disappointed if you turn up with games on the day and are unable to use them!
Eazy Peazy Parties offer a drinks package which includes tea, coffee, fresh milk, sugar and biscuits for the adults and squash for the children. No budget products are used and we will refill and regularly keep the drinks table tidy for you. Please email info@eazypeazyparties.com for details.
It is not possible to bring your own tea and coffee into the party venue, if you wish to offer your adult guests hot drinks you must order our drinks package.
If you choose to bring your own cold drinks please ensure that the children do not have fizzy drinks. It will be your responsibility to tidy up and remove rubbish from the venue prior to the end of the party room end time.
If the birthday boy/girl have little brothers and sisters who are not old enough to join in the party then of course they can enjoy the disco lights and the fun of the day without charge. Only those who are taking part in the party (i.e. playing on the inflatables) are included in the party numbers.
We need to know final numbers by the last Wednesday prior to your party date to enable us enough time to make the necessary arrangements.
Our terms and conditions do say that we need final payment 2 weeks prior to your party. We understand that it is not always possible to confirm final numbers that early so we offer some flexibility on this, talk to your Eazy Peazy Party host. As long as we are settled up a few days before we are usually pretty flexible.
